My family and I live in a traditional semi-detatched century home in Toronto’s Leslieville neighbourhood. With 2 small growing boys, we were quickly running out of space. So we decided to renovate our unfinished basement to include family/play room, a much needed 2nd washroom and laundry/furnace room. The designing objective included incorporating some storage space without encroaching on the living space. In order to demonstrate my vision to both my family and the contractor, I developed these renderings using SketchUp.
