4th Semester Studio January 2017 – March 2017
This project consisted of developing construction drawings for a auto parts company who was building a new warehouse with an adjacent head office on an empty lot in Vaughan, Ontario. Students were provided a “client” brief and project specifications. The project explored the use of steel construction using a grid system for planning. Project had to meet all OBC requirements and local zoning regulations.
