3rd Semester Studio September 2016 – November 2016

This project consisted of developing construction drawings for a large empty lot at Bloor Street West and Lansdown Avenue in Toronto, ON. In groups of four, students were provided a “client’s” brief and project specifications. They were asked to complete this project in two phases. Phase one - preliminary construction drawings and phase two – final construction drawings and details. Project had to meet all OBC requirements and local zoning regulations. Note: Only drawings completed by me have been showcased here.
